MEGHNA HOME LOAN (MGHL) * is designed to materialize the dream of purchasing an apartment, residential house/building etc. This loan can
also be utilized for home renovation, extension, construction etc.

Moratorium Period
Maximum 12 (twelve) months from the date of disbursement in case of single-phase drawdown and from the date of first partial disbursement in
case of multi-phase drawdown.

• Salaried Individuals & Professionals* of reputed organizations with minimum 2 (two) years of continuous service.
• Self-employed Professionals* (i.e. Doctors, Engineers, Architects, Chartered Accountants, CPAs, CMAs etc.) who are self-employed and have at least 3 (three) years of independent practice in relevant profession.
• Businessmen* having high net-worth with at least 5 (five) years of  continuous operation in relevant line of business.
• Landlord/Landladies* who have consistent rental income from properties owned by them.
• Expatriates or Foreign Emigrant of Bangladeshi Origin, Non-Resident Bangladeshis (NRBs)* are also eligible to apply for MEGHNA.
