AB Bank's Home Loan is available for the following conditions:

1. Purchase of apartment/house within the Municipal areas of town/cities in Bangladesh.
2. Purchase of Flat/Apartment/independent house not more than 15 years old.
3. Completion of construction of a new house.
4. Renovation of the existing house
5. Loan takeover facility from other banks

 As required by the Bank.

1. Application fee: Tk. 500.
2. Processing fee: 1% on the approved loan amount.
3. Registered mortgage of property along with registered IGPA to sell the property.
4. Property insurance for Earthquake and Fire,  Death Coverage (optional).
