Meghna Regular Fixed Deposit (FDR)* is a lucrative savings scheme of fixed nature that makes deposit grow over a certain period of time.
You can open FDR in a single / joint name(s).  FDR can be opened in the name of firms, companies, associations, societies, trusts, NGO's, educational institutions etc. Minimum principal amount to open an FDR Account is BDT 10,000.00 for urban areas and BDT 5,000.00 for the rural areas.

• You can avail SOD up to 90% against lien of principal deposit amount in FDR Account.
• You can open FDR in a single / joint name(s).

• Two copies of recent passport size photograph of the FDR Account Holder duly attested by the Introducer/ bank official.
• Recent Passport size photograph of the Nominee(s) attested by the FDR Account Holder.
• Photocopy of valid Passport or National ID or Driving License or Nationality Certificate issued by Municipal/City Corporation Ward Commissioner or Union Porishad Chairman.
